INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup chopped ripe pineapple
- 1 frozen banana
- 1tbs honey, maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
- 1 inch white turmeric
- 1 inch ginger (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend, blend, blend!!!
