BOOKING, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
By booking and submitting payment for a retreat at Gratitude Garden Farm, you acknowledge and agree that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Your reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Because this is a limited-capacity event and your accommodations and space are reserved specifically for you, no refunds, credits, exchanges, date changes, or transfers to another person or future event will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation, illness, travel delays or disruptions, personal emergencies, changes in plans, late arrival, early departure, or failure to attend.
Failure to attend the retreat, for any reason, will be considered a no-show and will not entitle the guest to a refund or credit.
The retreat itinerary, activities, instructors, entertainment, menu, and timing are subject to reasonable modification when necessary due to weather, farm conditions, availability, safety considerations, or other circumstances. Such modifications do not constitute cancellation of the event and do not entitle guests to a refund or credit.
If Gratitude Garden Farm cancels the entire retreat and does not provide a replacement or rescheduled event, guests will receive a refund of amounts paid directly to Gratitude Garden Farm for the cancelled retreat. Gratitude Garden Farm is not responsible for airfare, transportation, lodging booked elsewhere, or other third-party expenses.
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance or trip cancellation coverage if they would like protection against unexpected circumstances that may prevent them from attending.
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
