DIRECTIONS
As a dietary supplement, use one and a half full droppers by adding to 2 plus ounces of water or your preferred liquid. Shake well before using. Can be taken with food or without, on an empty stomach or as recommended by your healthcare advisor. Consult your healthcare advisor regarding the use of this product during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children.
For Maintenance: One full tube once per day (30-day supply)
For Therapeutic Purposes: One full tube twice per day (15-day supply)
